I had such a lovely day today shooting a story for the February issue of Red. I can't tell you much more about it but I'm SO excited about this shoot and can't wait to show you in January when the issue is out- I have lots of fabulous pages planned for that issue. In the mean time here are a few teasers from behind the scenes...
I had SEVEN huge suitcases for this shoot plus several carrier bags and a number of curriers delivering throughout the day...
I LOVE the red Anya Hindmarch woven top handle shopper for next SS, red bags are so fabulous!
Here is the table of jewellery ready for the shoot- mind you I could only fit half of it in the photo..
The lovely Koulla (yes the one with amazing hair!) was assisting me today and is loving the pink J-LO shoes...
Heath Massi (who also did my beautiful wedding day hair) was doing the hair on the shoot- he is a hair wizard can't work without him!
And the amazing Dani Guinsberg (who did my wedding day make up ;-) was doing make up which is always flawless and so classy!
Take a look at her table of goodies...
And then we have the great David Gubert on photography who seems to have also spied my favourite Anya Hindmarch bag!?
But our guest star was the adorable Spencer! He is resting next to some beaded Louboutins. Good spot.
On set tyling our mystery woman....
... doing what I do (fixing straps, crunching up sleeves, straightening fabric, taking stickers off the back of shoes and sometimes having my pic taken from behind so all u can see is my bum!)
Some of my favorite neon things- I have to have those Pierre Hardy neon pink and beige sandals.
Have. To. Have.
Some more things I would like to have. This Christopher Kane neon pink leather clutch...
And maybe these neon woven bracelets from Carolina Bucci...
But for now, at the end of the day all I get is a neon manicure..
Sharon, the manicurist, had 5 of these bags filled with all the nail polishes you can possibly desire.
And I also get a trim from the lovely Heath who is shocked at the state of my hair...
And then he teaches me to do this amazing ponytail with grips at the back to give it more volume (told you he was a genious)
Et voila!
Ciao from the shoot!
